Where We Deliver

We dispatch orders to every corner of Europe — all 27 EU member states, the EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and beyond.

How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1–3 working days. If you order before 14:00 CET on a weekday, we usually process it the same day.

Once dispatched, you receive an email with a unique 16-digit code to track your parcel.

Carriers & Tracking

We partner with multiple logistics providers depending on destination and parcel size. The exact carrier appears in your dispatch email alongside the tracking code.

What Does Shipping Cost?

The fee depends on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact amount at checkout before confirming. We occasionally run free-delivery promotions — these are flagged on product pages and in the basket.

Paying on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Europe. The courier collects the full amount when handing over the parcel. Please have the right amount to hand, as drivers may not carry change. If nobody is home, the courier will usually try again the next working day or leave the package at a nearby collection point.

Duties & Import Taxes

Shipments within the EU include VAT at checkout, so no extra fees apply. Orders heading to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or other non-EU destinations may attract import duties set by local customs. These charges fall to the recipient.

Failed Deliveries

After 1–2 unsuccessful attempts the parcel is held at a pickup point for 7–14 days. Uncollected parcels return to our warehouse; we will email you and can resend for an additional shipping charge.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Spotted damage? Note it on the delivery slip and email us within 48 hours with photos. If tracking says "delivered" but nothing arrived, get in touch and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
